Outdoor Kitchen in located in the Bay Hill Subdivision in Orlando Fl was rebuilt after original construction methods lead to fire damage surrounding the outdoor grill. The outdoor grill area was rebuilt using masonry panel construction, a new vent was added to the rear of the grill to allow venting and prevent heat build up. A new masonry based tile counter-top was installed to add to the fire proofing,
